I have been within the finance industry for most of my working life, my career was all based around Finance within Business Account Management and National Account Manager roles. I worked for smaller companies and global corporate companies, working with key retailers such as Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrison’s, and Costco. The roles were very demanding and after a health scare, I decided no amount of money was a substitute for good health and decided I needed more of a work life balance.  I had always been very interested in Mortgages, so I took the step of retraining to take my Cemap qualifications. I took a huge salary sacrifice and went to work within an Estate Agents as a Mortgage Adviser. This gave me a great deal of insider knowledge on how Estate Agents work, which I can in turn help to advise my clients regarding sales and purchases.
